COVID-19 Announcement (September 2021)

A Message to our Customers

These unprecedented times and the global economic uncertainties brought on by Covid-19 pandemic, has had a severe impact on our industry, in ways which we could not predict.


More than a year ago, GenZe announced that it was closing its operations. We want to once again thank our customers, suppliers and technology support services partners for their association with us over the last few years.


Although GenZe e-bikes and e-Scooter warranty services will continue to be honored for the duration of the remaining warranty terms, GenZe will no longer be supporting the GenZe App.  The free services and functionality of the App will no longer be available.  We regret that we had to sunset the operation of the App.  Obviously, this won’t affect the physical operation of your scooter or e-bike, which will continue to operate as before.  We will also continue to sell service parts via the website for a period of time to support existig customers.
